Subject: Call for Abstracts - Poultry Workshop at PAG33

Dear Animal Genomics Community,
On behalf of our organizing committee, I am pleased to invite you to
participate in the Poultry Workshop at PAG33, scheduled for Saturday,
January 10, 2026, and Sunday, January 11, 2026, in sunny San Diego,
California.
We welcome contributions highlighting advances in poultry and avian
genomics, functional genetics, breeding, and related technologies. This
workshop will provide an excellent opportunity to share research findings,
explore collaborative ideas, and discuss the application of advanced
technologies in poultry/avian and animal genomics.
If you are interested in sharing your work, please send your name, email
address, proposed talk title, and a short abstract by November 10 to
taekimpsu.edu. Once presenters are selected, you will receive further
instructions from PAG to submit your formal abstract by December 8, 2025.
We especially encourage participation from trainees and early-career
scientists, as this workshop offers valuable opportunities for networking
and professional development. To support trainee participation, several PAG
Travel Grant Awards for Animal Genomic Scientists are available:

* Max Rothschild Travel Grant Award & Hans Cheng Travel Grant Award:
Deadline October 15 for first-time international participants, up to
$2,000.
* NRSP8 Trainee Travel Award: Deadline October 17 — up to $2,000.
